Our Honorary Presidents General Reflecting on Our Society's Past
As we close in on our 125th anniversary, I wanted to share this video of our Honorary Presidents General reflecting on our Society’s more recent history. They give delightful anecdotes about what inspired them to join DAR, special moments from their administrations, and also advice for how Daughters can make the most of their membership.
It was so special for us to be able to record the memories of all of our living Honorary Presidents General in celebration of our anniversary.
This video first aired at Continental Congress last summer and it can be viewed on our website at www.dar.org/celebrate125/videos along with many other special videos made in honor of our anniversary. This video is also located on the Celebrating 125 Years of Service to America DVD that was just mailed to each chapter.
